Our team are committed to preserving the building’s historical significance, restoring a piece of Bath’s rich heritage and to establish a new landmark in the heart of the city.

Through a series of Spacebrand Visioning Workshops the goal was to work with Fairtree Ltd & Providence Hotels to create a boutique brand concept for the Grade I listed hotel before embarking on a full refurbishment to transform the property into a new luxury establishment.

The interior design takes its inspiration from a city that was designed by leading 18th century architects, a destination for playing out Georgian social aspirations, elegant parades, formal pleasure gardens and a fashionable spa culture. The character and tone of the hotel is defined by balance, heritage and contemporary style. Quiet retreats and lively social spaces, explore the intimate link between Bath’s classical townscape & abundant green landscape providing a unique hotel experience that blends contemporary luxury with an authentic historical narrative.

We are producing conceptual interior design solutions for all guest rooms and public areas with the addition of a new courtyard spa, garden bedroom suites and a restaurant.
